Since Citigroup along with its major competitors, namely, Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, and Deutsche Bank, have relatively low absolute market share, it makes sense to compare the company’s performance against the rivals in terms of measuring their returns on equity (RoE) and share price over the last decade. In addition to this, to assess current productivity, we will also analyse today’s net income, key financial indicators per employee and companies’ betas.
