In short, Citigroup tries to achieve the following targets:
• Return on equity in the range of 18-20%
• Mid-to-high single-digit organic revenue growth, given that there are no extraordinary turbulences in the capital markets
• Organic income growth to exceed organic revenue growth
In addition to above-mentioned plans, the company plans to pursue this strategy throughout acquisitions and share buybacks.
